Wrong size
One free size swap per order. Email conficurve42@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, send the unworn piece (tags and hygiene liner on) to our US return address, and we ship your new size free.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We replace it free or refund you in full, your choice. Nothing to send back.

Changed your mind
Return it within 30 days of delivery, unworn with tags and hygiene liner intact. You cover return postage to our US address, and we refund the full product price once it arrives. Original shipping charges ($5.99 on single orders) are not refundable.

Bundles
Returning part of The Duo (2 for $59) or The 3-Pack (3 for $79)? We refund the difference between what you paid and the price of what you keep. One item from The Duo refunds $25. One item from The 3-Pack refunds $20.

Refund timing
Refunds are issued within 2 business days of approval or of your return arriving. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
